Essence of Place: Celebrating the Niagara Escarpment |
These are artists for whom the Niagara Escarpment in particular and nature in general have been significant sources for their artistic production. Their sense of the escarpment - its magnificence and munificence - offers layers of imagery and interpretation. The energy, entanglement, density, fecundity, and relentless succession within nature are represented within these artists' works. On display through to April 10th at the Burlington Art Centre.
