Roberto Plano - Mississauga Symphony Orchestra |
Laureate of the 2003 Honens Competition, Roberto Plano will perform Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 on April 2nd at the Living Arts Centre. Environment Month
|
Every weekend from April 2nd to May 1st, the Ontario Science Centre will host environment-themed activities, workshops and events. The highlight of the month will be ticketed evening presentations April 26 and 27 from Canadian wilderness photographer Mike Beedell with musical accompaniment from Ian Tamblyn entitled "Dreams and Journeys: An Environmental Odyssey." During the month, the Science Centre will also conduct an Earth Day challenge (April 22), host camping workshops from the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and celebrate National Wildlife Week.
