Axis Theatre's Broccoli and Butterflies
COMING SOON!! Join three caterpillars on their thrilling journey from birth to maturity at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts on April 9th. Can they reach the Green Mountain of Broccoli and fulfill their mother's last wish that they carry on the family traditions? Will they ever grow up and get their wings? Two years in development Broccoli and Butterflies is a fast paced blend of movement and text with a magical set, costumes and props done in the Axis Theatre tradition.

Ontario Garden Show
COMING SOON!! The region's premier outdoor gardening and design show, featuring everything from garden products, plants and seeds, to gazebos, furniture and books will once again return to the Royal Botanical Grdens from April 7th to 10th. Guest gardening experts will be on hand to give helpful tips.

Environment Month
Every weekend from April 2nd to May 1st, the Ontario Science Centre will host environment-themed activities, workshops and events. The highlight of the month will be ticketed evening presentations April 26 and 27 from Canadian wilderness photographer Mike Beedell with musical accompaniment from Ian Tamblyn entitled "Dreams and Journeys: An Environmental Odyssey." During the month, the Science Centre will also conduct an Earth Day challenge (April 22), host camping workshops from the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and celebrate National Wildlife Week.
